Representative Maney has been named a Distinguished Eagle Scout upon nomination by the Gulf Coast Council and the Boy Scouts of America (BSA). The award is granted to Eagle Scouts who, after 25 years, have distinguished themselves in their life work and have voluntarily shared their talents with their communities. Florida State Representative Patt Maney Appointed to Florida Defense Support Task Force
Last week, Speaker Paul Renner appointed Representative T. Patt Maney to the Florida Defense Support Task Force, filling one of two seats that opened in November. Representative Patt Maney was a prior member of the FDSTF. He is also a member of the Florida Veterans Hall of Fame, and is the namesake of the "T. Patt Maney Veterans Treatment Act." His term will expire in November 2024.
