Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager, AI & Automation
Location: Santa Rosa Beach, FL

We are seeking a curious, highly adaptable Digital Marketing Manager, AI & Automation to help us scale marketing across a growing portfolio of retail, wholesale, and lifestyle brands.

This role sits at the intersection of digital advertising, artificial intelligence, marketing technology, and process development. The ideal candidate is someone who naturally looks for better ways to work—someone who sees complex processes and wants to simplify them, and is genuinely interested in exploring emerging technology.

AI expertise is valuable, but we recognize that this field is evolving quickly. We are equally interested in candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, curiosity, resourcefulness, and the ability to learn and experiment independently. We are looking for someone who can use AI and technology to build systems that make an entire marketing department more efficient and scalable.

This is a full-time, in-office position (Monday–Friday). The Digital Marketing Manager, AI & Automation will report to the Director of Marketing, with success measured by improvements in efficiency, automation, campaign performance, and the scalability of marketing operations across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

AI, Automation & Marketing Systems

  • Develop repeatable systems, processes, templates, and workflows that allow the marketing team to scale output without sacrificing brand quality or consistency

  • Research, test, and implement new AI tools and capabilities as the technology evolves

  • Document systems and processes so they can be maintained and used by the broader team

  • Use AI-powered workflows to develop and execute campaign assets across the brand portfolio, applying human judgment to refine and finalize outputs

Paid Digital Media

  • Manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms

  • Develop and manage prospecting, remarketing, and retargeting strategies

  • Build, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns based on defined business objectives

  • Manage audiences, targeting, budgets, creative testing, placements, campaign structure and reporting

  • Monitor attribution, analytics, and campaign performance to identify opportunities and issues

Email Marketing & Digital Campaign Execution

  • Manage email marketing campaigns, using AI and automation to streamline execution and scale output.

  • Create, review, and refine email copy, product content, and calls to action to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.

  • Manage audience segmentation, targeting, and automated email opportunities.

  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize email strategy, workflows, and results.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including demonstrated hands-on experience independently managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager

  • Experience working with marketing automation, and AI tools, or a strong desire to if experience has not been established yet

  • Strong analytical skills with experience managing advertising budgets, interpreting campaign data, reporting on results, and optimizing performance

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, in-office environment

  • Willingness to work on-site Monday–Friday 

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field

  • Experience with Google Analytics and digital reporting tools

  • Experience building workflows, automations, or AI-assisted systems in a professional or independent capacity

  • Knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies

  • Experience supporting retail, furniture, home furnishings, hospitality, or lifestyle brands

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and multi-brand marketing environments

  • Demonstrated ability to independently learn and implement new technologies quickly

Ultimately, this role is responsible for helping build a marketing operation that can scale intelligently as the company grows.

$65,000 -75,000 per year

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
