Mom & Me EmpowHER Weekend Workshop

Calling all moms, bonus moms, aunties, and guardians!  This one is for the girls who need encouragement, confidence, and connection. EmpowHER is a FREE mental health and confidence-building seminar designed for middle and high school girls, with moms and guardians welcome to attend alongside them.

Through meaningful conversations, confidence-building activities, and connection with other girls, EmpowHER creates a safe and supportive space where teens can grow, feel seen, and strengthen their mental wellness.

PLUS, 10 randomly selected registered moms and daughters will receive a complimentary weekend stay (June 5–7) at Home2 Suites by Hilton Fort Walton Beach, generously provided by Home2 Suites by Hilton and Odom Hotelz!

 The selected weekend stay winners will receive the FULL VIP experience, including:

• Complimentary hotel accommodations for the weekend
• Food & beverage experiences
• A special mani & pedi experience for moms
• Exclusive weekend activities and experiences

 Weekend Experience Includes:

FRIDAY KICK OFF
• Check in and settle in for the weekend
• Trivia night or relaxing by the patio & pool

SATURDAY EXPERIENCE
• Breakfast to start the day
• EmpowHER from 10 AM–2 PM for the girls
• Moms may attend EmpowHER with their daughters, if desired
• VIP moms who opt out of EmpowHER may enjoy the complimentary mani & pedi experience in the Liberty Room
• Lunch included for weekend guests

SUNDAY SEND-OFF
• Breakfast before heading home
Please note: Moms and daughters attending EmpowHER as day guests are welcome to participate in the workshop experience, but the hotel stay, meals, mani/pedi services, and VIP weekend activities are reserved exclusively for selected weekend stay winners.
