This one is for the girls who need encouragement\, confidence\, and connection. EmpowHER is a FREE mental health and confidence-building seminar designed for middle and high school girls\, with moms and guardians welcome to attend alongside them.\n\n\n\nThrough meaningful conversations\, confidence-building activities\, and connection with other girls\, EmpowHER creates a safe and supportive space where teens can grow\, feel seen\, and strengthen their mental wellness.\n\n\n\n Spots are limited\, and this is one you won't want HER to miss.
