Warren Averett CPAs and Advisors has been recognized by Best Companies Group as a 2025 Best Place to Work for Women, ranking sixth in the large company category on the inaugural list.
This national recognition highlights organizations that foster inclusive and supportive environments for women in the workforce. Companies were selected based on survey data collected over the past year, with a focus on the experiences of women across all organizational levels.
Warren Averett was honored during a virtual celebration held on Sept. 30, 2025, where winners were announced and ranked by size category.
“We believe that supporting women in the workplace isn’t just the right thing to do—it’s essential to our success,” said April Harry, the firm’s CEO. “We’re grateful to be recognized and even more grateful for the women who make the firm stronger.”
Warren Averett has consistently earned recognition as a best place to work, due in part to people-first policies, which support well-being, growth and success. The firm is committed to delivering a top-tier client experience and providing a culture that genuinely takes care of its people.
“This is an exciting ranking because often we hear of challenges in the accounting industry for women trying to juggle work, family and life,” said Jess Brawner, the firm’s Director of People Operations. “I’m proud of the culture our team has built that makes our employees happy to come to work.”
Warren Averett remains dedicated to cultivating a workplace where women are empowered through mentorship, leadership development and opportunities for advancement that supports them as they navigate the demands of work, family and life. We are honored by this award.
