Love remained in the air for one more day after Valentine’s with LuLu’s popular complimentary annual Tropical Re-Union wedding vow renewals, complete with a rose for the ladies, and individual certificates signed by Lucy Buffett and wedding officiant, Lynn Dominique. This year, right at 130 couples stood simultaneously holding hands while the wedding officiant conducted the official vow renewal ceremony.
Afterwards, the couples enjoyed a dance, champagne and wedding cake. LuLu’s also announced the couples who won being married the longest time, shortest time and being the best dressed. The Somyer’s family from Crestview had three generations of their family that included their mother, daughter and granddaughter renewing their vows with their respective husbands.
LuLu’s is located in Destin at the foot of the Mid Bay Bridge, next to Legendary Marina.
