Safe in the Panhandle Seeks Sponsors and Vendors for Ruthlake Farm Christmas Market

Safe in the Panhandle is hosting a Christmas Market Nov. 21 - 22, and is looking for sponsors and vendors!

SAFE provides much needed, state approved/mandated, free training to law enforcement, first responders, the hospitality industry, medical professionals, and other community groups on how to recognize human trafficking and how to report. We also collaborate to provide the only 24/7 emergency intake center for victims. In doing this, we saw the need to have multiple ways of bringing in the funding for these programs.

Ruthlake Farm is a for-profit owned by our non-profit. It's a 31-acre working farm that will one day not only provide funding for SAFE, but we will be working with other non-profits worldwide to give them a guide on how to do the same in their part of the world.

At Ruthlake farm, we are growing satsumas, blueberries, and Christmas trees, and we will eventually offer a "you pick" experience, a Christmas market on the property, and more. Currently we make artisan soap, candles, honey, and pottery, and we have our own private label coffee.

The victims of the intake center and victims along the coast will be able to utilize these things for therapies while they heal.

SAFE is hosting our first Ruthlake Farm Christmas Market at the Destin - Fort Walton Beach Convention Center. This will be our big introduction of Ruthlake Farm products and its mission.
