Panhandle Region President Brad Hayes is pleased to announce that Rose Baldwin has joined River Bank & Trust as Vice President, Relationship Manager, and Office Manager. Baldwin will assist clients with personal and business banking needs across the Destin market and will manage the bank’s new location at 36150 Emerald Coast Parkway.
“As we grow our presence in Destin, having someone with Rose’s experience matters,” says Hayes. “She understands the community and will do an excellent job delivering River Bank & Trust’s personal attention and hospitality.”
Baldwin’s banking career spans 32 years, including roles in management, operations, and lending. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University, with minors in Business and Criminal Justice. She is active in the community and has supported the American Cancer Society, United Way Day of Caring, and Caterpillar 2 Butterfly Community Outreach. Baldwin resides in Shalimar with her mother and daughter.
