Northwest Florida State College Police Department Swears In Three New Officers

The Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC) Police Department proudly welcomed three new officers during a swearing-in ceremony held on Thursday, Oct. 30 at 1 p.m., at the NWFSC Niceville campus. Officers David Bennett, Eugene Kouchnir, and Tyler Rapposelli were officially sworn in before an audience of family, friends, faculty, staff, and fellow law enforcement professionals.  

The ceremony celebrated the officers’ commitment to public service and their dedication to ensuring the safety and well-being of members of the community. Each officer took a solemn oath administered by Chief Aaron Murray, marking the beginning of their service with the department.

“We are honored to swear in Officers Bennett, Kouchnir, and Rapposelli to the Northwest Florida State College Police Department,” said Chief Aaron Murray. “Each of these individuals brings unique strengths, integrity, and a passion for protecting and serving our college community. Their addition to our team enhances our ongoing mission to provide a safe, supportive environment for our students, faculty, and staff.”  

Following the ceremony, attendees congratulated the new officers and expressed appreciation for their commitment to campus safety.

The NWFSC Police Department continues to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and service, working in partnership with the  college community to maintain a secure and welcoming campus for all.
