Northwest Florida State College Announces 2026 Kids on Campus Summer Camp with Expanded Sessions in Niceville and South Walton

Northwest Florida State College (NWFSC) is excited to announce the return of its highly anticipated Kids on Campus Summer Camp for 2026, offering an engaging and enriching summer experience for students entering 3rd through 7th grades.

Designed as “the perfect balance between serious and fun,” Kids on Campus provides young learners with the opportunity to explore new interests in a dynamic college environment. Hosted on NWFSC’s beautiful campuses, the program blends academic enrichment with hands-on, interactive activities that spark creativity, curiosity, and confidence.

Online registration opens March 30, with three sessions available this summer:

  • Session 1: June 22 – 26 | Niceville Campus
  • Session 2: July 6 – 10 | Niceville Campus
  • Session 3: July 13 – 16 | South Walton Center

Each session offers a full week of exciting classes and activities designed specifically for elementary and middle school learners. Campers experience a true college atmosphere while participating in programs that encourage discovery, skill-building, and summer fun.

“Kids on Campus gives students a chance to step into a college setting and explore their interests in a supportive and engaging environment,” said Rhonda Springfield, Executive Director of K-12 Programs. “It’s an incredible opportunity for children to build confidence, make new friends, and discover the joy of learning beyond the traditional classroom.”

From creative arts and STEM exploration to hands-on activities and interactive learning experiences, Kids on Campus continues to be a favorite summer tradition for families across the region. Space is limited, and sessions fill quickly each year.
Families are encouraged to register beginning March 30 at 8 a.m. on the website.
