Grand Boulevard is pleased to announce the appointment of Tovah Locke as Director of Marketing. With more than 15 years of experience in strategic marketing and communications, brand storytelling, and market development, Tovah brings both proven marketing expertise, creative energy, and a strategic mindset to the role. Throughout her career Locke has led strategies that focused on amplified growth, business development and brand presence.

Tovah studied Business Marketing and Communications at Texas Tech University and Liberty University, earning both a BBA and MBA in Business, Marketing, and Communications from Liberty University. Outside the world of marketing, Tovah, a Texas native, has called Santa Rosa Beach home for the past 12 years with her husband, Josh, and children, Brooks and Collins. In her free time, she enjoys family time spent at the beach or on the boat and traveling across the Southeast cheering for Brooks on the baseball field.
