Fore Her invites seasoned golfers and novices alike to dust off their clubs and swing for a cause at its annual Golf Outing now in its 13th year, set for Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at the Links Golf Club in Sandestin presented by Emerald Coast Hospice Care.
Golfers will hit the links at 8 a.m., for check-in, announcements at 8:45 a.m., and tee off at 9 a.m., for a very “pink” cause, supporting local women and men along the Emerald Coast who are battling breast cancer. Fore Her contributes all funds raised from the Golf Outing to offset living expenses, utilities and transportation costs for breast cancer patients while they are in the battle of their lives, ultimately lessening their financial and emotional burden.
This year, Fore Her’s signature event will bring together the community for a festive golf-filled day, complete with a four-person scramble tournament, on-course food and drink, a catered lunch by Evie Mae’s BBQ, the fan favorite “Dress Like a Lady” hole, and an after party with prizes, a raffle, and giveaways.
Registration is now available for Early BIRDIE pricing where participants may sign up at $175 per golfer or $700 for a team of four. Fees increase on Sept. 1, to $200 per golfer and $800 for a team of four. To register, visit https://www.foreher.org/golfouting.
“The community’s contributions through this event gives these families a great deal of relief when they need it most,” says Amy Walsh, Founder of Fore Her. Last year, Fore Her raised $30,000 at our Golf Outing, and as a result we were able to help offset these women’s living expenses while continuing to provide educational resources through our support groups. None of this would be possible without the generous and passionate support of individuals and businesses along the Emerald Coast.”

“After being diagnosed with breast cancer just before my 40th birthday, I became very sick while trying to work, take care of myself and my children, and go to appointments…It became a lot,” says a recent Fore Her recipient. “The savings started to dwindle and without Fore Her, I don’t know where I would be right now."
