Eglin Federal Credit Union is pleased to announce that Account Services Representative Erica Hennion has been selected as the Five-Star Performer of the first quarter of 2026. Erica has been employed with the Credit Union since January 2023 and currently resides in Mary Esther. The Five-Star Performer Award is a quarterly employee recognition program honoring team members who consistently demonstrate Eglin FCU’s Core Values: Respectful, Trustworthy, Dedicated, Proactive and Engaged.
Erica was nominated by her coworkers who described her as “the heart of Account Services,” commending her strong knowledge, reliability and positive attitude. Known for anticipating members’ needs and navigating complex situations with care, Erica delivers exceptional service while supporting and developing her teammates. She is recognized for her patience, attention to detail and willingness to share her expertise, helping foster a collaborative, inclusive environment. Whether coordinating team celebrations or creating opportunities for meaningful connection, Erica consistently puts others first and serves as a role model of the Credit Union’s Five-Star values.
“While Erica excels at serving members on the phone every day, her impact reaches far beyond outstanding customer service,” said Account Services Manager Adam Dudney. “She brings people together, strengthens our department and consistently uplifts those around her. Erica began her career with Eglin Federal Credit Union on Jan. 17, 2023, as an Account Services Representative I and was promoted to Account Services Representative II in April 2025. In just three years, she has made a lasting impact, and colleagues are confident she will continue contributing to the Credit Union’s success for years to come.
Reflecting on her recognition, Erica said, “I’m incredibly grateful to work alongside such talented and supportive teammates who are always willing to help, share ideas and lift one another up.
