Emerald Coast Title Services (ECTS), an attorney-run title and escrow company serving Northwest Florida since 1983, today announced the merger of Osprey Title into Emerald Coast Title Services, further strengthening its commitment to providing trusted title and closing services throughout the region.
The merger brings together two respected organizations that share a common philosophy of personalized service, local expertise, and a commitment to creating seamless real estate transactions. Existing Osprey Title clients will continue working with the same trusted professionals they know while benefiting from Emerald Coast Title Services’ expanded resources, technology, and operational support.
As part of the merger, Licensed Title Agent Lindsay Roberts joins the Emerald Coast Title Services team. A Florida title professional since 2003, Roberts has experience in virtually every aspect of the title insurance industry and earned her Florida Licensed Title Agent certification in 2017. She is recognized throughout the Panhandle for her attention to detail, collaborative approach, and dedication to delivering exceptional service.
