Miramar Beach, Fla. (May 20, 2025) — Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) and Panama City Comedy are proud to present Comedy on the Boulevard, Saturday, May 24, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. Come for an uproarious night of laughs as ECTC presents some of the Southeast’s most hilarious comedians! Ethan Dayo will host this hysterical event, featuring headliner Big Rich Brock and feature act Vien Phommachanh.
Big Rich Brock (HEADLINER)
A former pastor, "Big Rich," brings his preacher persona to the stage with Clean Comedy. A lifelong Southerner, Rich was born and raised in a small Georgia town, where he learned the power of humor, storytelling, and connecting with people. "Big Rich” shares his life experiences of being raised in the 1900s, his 25 years of ministry and marriage, divorce, career changes, parenting, dating in his 50s, all with his “Big Rich” grin, lots of laughter, and an “enjoying life” attitude. Rich is a frequent podcast guest and is releasing his own weekly podcast, Big Rich Brock and Friends, which is available on all media platforms on April 1.
Vien Phommachanh (FEATURE)
ComicDoc - The #1 Ranked, Laotian, Ear, Nose, & Throat Doctor/Comedian in Southwest, Florida (probably). Doctor By Day - Yes, he is a real life doctor. Seriously. Dr. Phommachanh is a practicing ear, nose, and throat doctor in Sarasota, FL. During the daytime, Dr. Phommachanh is really helpful if you have an ear infection, runny nose, or sore throat. Call for an appointment. Medical advice given after shows will be for his amusement only. Comedian By Night - He is based in Florida, but Vien has performed standup all over the United States and overseas with stops in LA, Chicago, Nashville, Boston, Canada, as well as The Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas and Adelaide, Australia. He has participated in numerous comedy festivals, including The Asheville Comedy Festival, The World Comedy Expo, The Clean Comedy Challenge, The Main Event of the World Series of Comedy in Las Vegas, NV, North Carolina Comedy Festival, and Adelaide Fringe. ComicDoc has also been seen in numerous commercial roles and on Television on CBS. Look out for his DryBar Comedy special, released in Spring 2024.
Ethan Dayo (HOST)
Ethan Dayo is a rising stand-up comedian performing all around Florida. Having performed at the World Series of Comedy, the Florida’s Funniest Competition, and opened for Ian Fidance and Aaron Berg, he is sure to make you die laughing or die trying.
Comedy at the Boulevard will be staged on the Main Stage at ECTC, located on the second floor of 560 Grand Boulevard in Grand Boulevard Town Center in Miramar Beach. Tickets range from $27 - $45.
