Eglin Federal Credit Union is proud to recognize SVP/Chief Technology Officer Tim Farnsworth’s remarkable 30-year career with the organization, during which he has grown to become an integral part of the credit union's leadership team. He oversees all cybersecurity, business continuity, electronic infrastructure and information technology operations.

"His journey is a true testament to the power of hard work, lifelong learning and personal growth. Throughout his career, Tim has played a pivotal role in driving the Credit Union's technological innovations, ensuring that members enjoy a seamless and secure banking experience."
Starting his career at the Credit Union as a 19-year-old Maintenance Custodian, Tim showcased his tenacity and drive by pursuing his education while working, eventually earning a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from the University of West Florida and a Master of Science in Management with an emphasis in Leadership from Troy University. His dedication, skill, and determination enabled him to rise through the ranks to his current role as SVP/Chief Technology Officer. He participates on the North Florida Cyber Regional Domestic Security Task Force and is on the Okaloosa Technical College Advisory Committee for both Cyber Security and Information Technology.
