The City of Destin will once again issue free annual parking passes for Destin residents who reside within the incorporated area of Destin (limit of two passes per household) for use in paid parking areas along Scenic Highway 98 in Crystal Beach, Gulf Shore Drive on Holiday Isle and the Destin Harbor District parking area. Passes can be obtained at Destin City Hall or Destin Community Center. Residents must provide a valid driver license showing Destin residency, as well as their vehicle tag and registration information.
All Passes will be available online and in person beginning Jan. 3, 2024. There will be a grace period during the month of January, giving everyone time to apply for new passes while enjoying their 2024 passes thru the month of January.
Henderson Beach State Park Passes: Residents incorporated in City Limits (1 per household) $30; Senior rate: $25; current vehicle registration and driver’s license
Joe’s Bayou Launch and Recovery Passes: 1 decal per household @ no cost to residents incorporated in City Limits; current vessel registration, trailer registration, and driver’s license. Each additional pass $50.00; non-residents: $205
