Storm-damaged fences and docks may be repaired without a Building Permit, provided the following conditions are met:
• The fence or dock was originally constructed under a valid Building Permit.
• Repairs are limited to board-for-board replacement in the same location.
• Only repairs are permitted under this exemption. The fence or dock cannot be relocated or expanded.
