Fort Walton Beach, FL – Feb. 1, 2025 – Managed IT provider Bit-Wizards celebrates its silver anniversary after 25 years in business. Established as a software engineering company on Feb. 1, 2000, the award-winning business now stands as a leading Managed IT Services (MITS) provider and a steadfast supporter of the Northwest Florida community.
After starting the company in Austin, TX, co-founders Vince Mayfield and Louis Erickson brought Bit-Wizards back to their hometown in Shalimar, FL, where they opened the first office in 2001. Prioritizing the idea of treating their employees as well as their clients, Mayfield and Erickson spent each year building a business that created magic through software, marketing, and IT projects. To date, the company has supported over 500 clients across the country.
