Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida announced the promotion of Tim Scarborough to Creative Director for the brokerage, which serves communities along the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast from St. George Island to Navarre. Scarborough will be responsible for overseeing the video department and the company’s internship program along with assisting the marketing department in delivering strategic thinking and creative solutions to help customers achieve their goals.
“Tim has been and continues to be an integral part of our company's growth since joining us four years ago,” said Jimmy Burgess, Chief Executive Officer for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida. “His heart of service to agents and unique ability to help them shine will be elevated in his new position as Creative Director.”
An experienced media professional, Scarborough joined the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida team in 2018 as a videographer and helped to establish a full-service video marketing program for the brokerage, among other duties. His expertise in digital marketing, business/brand development, and content creation will be expanded in his new role which will directly assist the executive team.
