McCaskill & Company Fine Jewelry is a family-owned luxury jewelry and watch gallery seeking a Sales Associate to join our team.
We are looking for a personable, polished, and service-oriented individual who enjoys building relationships and providing exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, a strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for customer service. Experience in luxury sales or fine jewelry is a plus.
Primary Responsibilities
• Create sales of fine jewelry and watches with existing customers while developing new clientele.
• Guide clients through the complete sales process, including payment, packaging, and follow-up.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and a first-class experience for every guest.
• Educate clients about jewelry and watch purchases, including value, care, and maintenance.
• Maintain accurate client information and records.
• Develop and maintain personal client relationships through correspondence, event invitations, purchase opportunities, and personalized outreach.
