SimpleHR is looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager based in the Gulf Breeze/Pensacola &/or Panama City Beach, Florida area. Come work for SimpleHR recognized as Florida Trend's Best Companies to Work For
 
Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, marketing, and referrals focusing in Navarre/Gulf Breeze/Pensacola &/or Panama City Beach area.
  • Promote SimpleHR’s PEO services with a consultative sales approach.
  • Provide accurate quotes, follow up with prospects, and close sales.
  • Build strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Support client onboarding and collaborate with internal teams post-sale.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two (2) years of outside sales experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience. Preferably PEO, HR outsourcing, payroll, benefits administration, or related professional services experience.
  • Capable of having a strong understanding of PEO services and the value proposition of outsourced HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; ability to use personal vehicle to travel up to 70%.
  • Primarily remote with some in-office time required for training, team meetings and collaboration.
