SimpleHR is looking for a full-time experienced HR Business Partner based in the Destin/Fort Walton Beach, Florida area.
Responsibilities:
· Serves as a subject matter expert on human resources management and administration
· Provides quality customer service by responding to Clients concerns and requests related to Human Resources policies and procedures
· Consults and guides Clients through a variety complex HR issues involving employment law, labor relations, and best practices
· Generates HR requested documents including employee handbooks, job descriptions, policy developments, company forms and other related administration
· Provides ongoing support towards Client Engagement through Client visits and delivery of HR products and service
· Responds to employee relation issues such as employee complaints and harassment allegations
Qualifications:
· Minimum of two (2) years of human resources experience & a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or equivalent education and experience
· Solid HR Knowledge in laws and regulations as well as employee relations
· Aptitude in problem-solving
· Excellent time management skills with the ability to produce quality and accurate work under pressure due to heavy deadlines.
· Detailed oriented, self-motivated & organized
· Strong customer service, communication & phone etiquette skills
· Local travel required
· HRCI or SHRM certification preferred
