Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be at the heart of our operation, ensuring every guest has a fantastic time from the moment they arrive. Your duties will include:

- Selling Tickets: Provide helpful information and assist guests in purchasing tickets for our various attractions.

- Phone and Live Chat Support: Engage with customers via phone and live chat, assisting with inquiries and reservations.
