About Dana Marie Cooper: Dana Marie Cooper is a certified life coach specializing in transformational change and personal growth using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques. Through coaching, speaking, and writing, Dana helps people who feel stuck or uncertain take courageous steps toward a life they truly love. Her approach combines practical strategies with deep self-awareness, empowering her clients to overcome obstacles, embrace change, and create meaningful, lasting transformation.

Dana brings a wealth of experience to her coaching practice, having spent nearly two decades in the corporate world as a copywriter, editor, and marketing specialist. Now pursuing clinical licensure in social work, she is dedicated to expanding her skills to support clients in both coaching and therapeutic settings, offering a well-rounded approach to personal growth and transformation.
