HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital is committed to empowering our community with essential life-saving skills. Through our Stop the Bleed program, we are offering free, hands-on training to help individuals respond quickly and effectively in emergencies. This program focuses on teaching the public how to stop life-threatening bleeding until professional medical help arrives. Participants learn critical techniques, including wound packing, tourniquet application, and direct pressure methods. 

By teaching these vital skills, we aim to enhance community preparedness and safety, ensuring that when every second counts, everyone has the confidence and knowledge to make a difference.
