Emerald Coast Theatre Company Presents Comedy on the Boulevard

Emerald Coast Theatre Company (ECTC) and Panama City Comedy are proud to present Comedy on the Boulevard, Friday, July 18, 2025, at 7 p.m. Come for an uproarious night of laughs! ECTC presents some of the Southeast’s most hilarious comedians! Resident funny guy, Jason Hedden, will host this hysterical event, featuring headliner Clayburn Cox and feature act Emily Holden.
 
Jason Hedden (HOST)
Jason Hedden is a Florida-based comedian and comedy producer. He’s the owner of Panama City Comedy, which presents over 50 shows a year.  As a comic, he has been seen at Zanies, StarDome, The Comedy Catch, Levity Live, Comedy Bar, Laughing Skull Lounge, Dothan Opera House, Saenger Theatre Pensacola, Comedy Zone, Bonkerz, and dozens of other venues in the Southeast.  Jason has been part of the Red Clay Comedy Festival, West End Comedy Festival, Blue Ridge Comedy Festival, Raleigh Comedy Festival, and Sand Up Comedy Festival. As a producer, he’s presented Rory Scovel, Dusty Slay, and Kevin Nealon. He is a frequent opener for Grand Ole Opry member Henry Cho. Follow him at @jasonheddencomedy or jasonhedden.com
 
Emily Holden (FEATURE)
Emily Holden is a stand-up comedian, entertainer and founder of Village Theatre in Atlanta.  Her many years of improv experience and quick wit allow her to command a stage creating an unforgettable experience one laugh at a time. She tours nationally with Moms Unhinged, was a 2024 Ladies of Laughter finalist in NYC and recently opened for Derrick Stroup.  When not touring, you can find her throughout Atlanta, performing at Laughing Skull, The Punchline and Helium Comedy Club and producing her popular monthly comedy show, Banjo Lounge. Her comedy focuses on dark scary topics such as marriage and motherhood.
 
Clayburn Cox (HEADLINER)
Clayburn Cox (better known as “Mr. Cox”) is a high school teacher by day. By night, he’s a stand-up comedian and storyteller. Mr. Cox has appeared on Dry Bar Comedy as well as a host of other venues throughout the U.S. and Canada. Although he has no TikTok account of his own, his quirky videos with students in the hallway between classes have gone (crazy) viral. The fun has now switched over to Mr. Cox's Instagram (@clayburncox) and is still garnering global attention. Mr. Cox is immensely successful, ruggedly good looking, and is currently writing this bio in the third person.
 
Comedy at the Boulevard will be staged on the Main Stage at ECTC, located on the second floor of 560 Grand Boulevard in Grand Boulevard Town Center in Miramar Beach. Tickets range from $27 - $45.
