The need for blood donations never takes a holiday, but the need for blood transfusions in our hospitals is constant.  Patients depend on lifesaving blood donations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Give when it matters and save lives by donating blood at any OneBlood Donor Center. September 4^th through 7^th blood donors will receive a commemorative “Born To Give” T-shirt along with a $10 eGift card, plus a wellness check-up of blood pressure, pulse, temperature and iron count, including a cholesterol screening!

Every two seconds someone in the U.S. needs a blood transfusion. Blood that is donated today will likely be transfused into a patient within two to three days.  The turn-around is that fast, the need is constant.
