Wine Pairing Dinner

Four course specialty menu paired with four Caymus wines complimentary glass of champagne, welcome glass, raffle ticket, and swag.

FIRST COURSE: Seared Scallops, parsley risotto, limoncello butter sauce paired with Caymus Mer Soleil Silver
SECOND COURSE: Arugula Salad, crispy fried prosciutto, shallots, shaved strawberries, prosciutto vinaigrette paired with Caymus Walking Fool
THIRD COURSE: Grilled Lamb Chops, portabella mushrooms, yukon mashed potato, cherry demi glaze paired with Caymus Napa
FOURTH COURSE: Chocolate raspberry tart paired with Caymus Transit Voyage
