Students also learn to use barrier devices in CPR and give first aid for choking for responsive adult, child and infant victims. Responders like security personnel, teachers, parents, lifeguards, airline personnel, corporate employees, family members of patients at high risk for sudden cardiac death, other rescuers, and those who need or want to learn CPR and how to operate an AED.
