30A Wine Festival Benefiting Children's Volunteer Health Network

Thank you for considering to volunteer for Children’s Volunteer Health Network and the 30A Wine Festival at Alys Beach. Proceeds from this event benefit CVHN and help to fulfill its mission.

Wednesday, February 21, 2018
Volunteers Needed: 2 for heavy lifting, retail support
Hours: 1pm – 5pm
Meet:  9581 E County Hwy 30A, Trailer C, Alys Beach, FL 32461
Duties: Stuff goody bags, polish wine glasses, general event support, dress comfortable
2 of the 6 volunteers will be responsible for Retail Support which includes heavy lifting and physical labor

Volunteers Needed: 8
Hours: 1pm – 5pm
Meet: Kelly Green, South Somerset Street, Alys Beach, FL 32461 (park in the Amphitheatre)
Duties: Assist with event set up, may require heavy lifting, comfortable dress (tennis shoes)
2 of the 8 volunteers will be responsible for Retail Support which includes heavy lifting and physical labor

Meet:  Kelly Green at Alys Beach, South Somerset Street (park in Amphitheatre)
Duties: Help set event location, may require heavy lifting, wear comfortable clothing (tennis shoes), lunch provided

Duties: Final set of Mix ‘n Mingle, check-in, assist with event, clean up, dress in black

Hours: 5pm – 10pm
Meet: Alys Beach Bike Shop, South Somerset Street, Alys Beach, FL 32461 (park in Amphitheatre)
Duties:  Check-in at B3, hand out glasses to guests, wristbands, general information, general tidiness: bussing as necessary, help in retail area, manage iPad station for silent auction items, assist with clean up **looking for at least 2-3 who can assist with lifting at clean up**

Hours: 10am – 3pm
Meet:  Registration Table at S Charles Street
Duties: Assist with event set up, may require heavy lifting, general event support, help set Sunday’s event, comfortable dress (tennis shoes), lunch will be provided

Hours: Noon – 4pm
Meet:  Fire Pit Park, (park in Amphitheatre)
Duties: Seminar at Fire Pit Park - check in guests, distribute glasses and goody bags, assist with wine pouring, bussing, fill waters and dump wine buckets, direct guests and check wristbands, general tidiness, assist with clean up, dress in black

Volunteers Needed: 4
Hours: 4:00 – 9:00PM
Meet:  Volunteer tent at West Sugar Loaf Lane (park in Amphitheatre and walk west)
Duties: Grand Tasting on S Charles St - direct guests, manage iPad station for silent auction items, continually run ice to vintners as needed, pull dump buckets, restock water station, pull trash, dress in black (wear comfortable shoes)

Hours: 10am – 4pm
Meet:  Alys Beach Bike Shop, Alys Beach, FL 32461 (park in Amphitheatre)
Duties: Rose & Croquet - Check for wristbands, distribute glasses, provide information, set up and help manage silent auction items, check out after auction, make sure auction item goes with winner, assist with event clean up, general event support, dress in Khaki bottoms with white top (button down or polo)
