Being a girl today isn’t always easy, but no girl should have to navigate it alone.

Join Women United for our EmpowHER Mental Health Workshop, a special experience designed to uplift, empower, and recharge teen girls! Through engaging sessions featuring yoga with Lori Hupp, emotional intelligence with Erika Peterson, financial education with Teddie Yellow Bear-Baskin from Eglin Federal Credit Union, and more, participants will gain practical tools to build confidence, support their mental wellness, and navigate life's challenges.

From learning valuable life skills to making new friends and having fun, this workshop is all about helping girls feel confident, supported, and empowered to thrive!

We want every girl to have the opportunity to participate! If the cost of this workshop deters attendance, please contact womenunited@united-way.org
