DESCRIPTION: Spend this Valentine’s Day weekend at The Island Resort on Okaloosa Island. Start your evening out with an incredible pre-fixe dinner from Fish House, The Island’s signature restaurant. Head Chef Richard Assaf designed a lavish Tony multi-course meal, made just for Valentine’s Day weekend. The special menu features oysters on the half shell, crispy calamari, a choice of snapper or black angus filet mignon, and ends with a rich fondant au chocolate with vanilla ice cream. This Valentine's Day dinner is $50 per person, and reservations are available from 5:00PM - 10:00PM. After a delicious meal, fly to the moon with some of Frank Sinatra’s greatest hits from the talented Tony Sands. The concert will start at 7:00PM and general admission tickets can be purchased by calling 850-243-9161 or by stopping by the front desk. Tickets are $29 per person. This event is open to the public and guests may choose to attend one or both.
