Maintenance Technician - HOA Division
Newman-Dailey is currently looking for a qualified a Maintenance Technician for our Homeowner Association Division. This position requires a minimum of two years of Condominium Maintenance experience. The right candidate must also possess a Florida Certified Pool Operator's license (CPO). Speaking, reading and writing in English is also required. Vocational training/certification in one of the following areas: Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Carpentry or HVAC is a plus.
