This summer, the Mattie Kelly Arts Center is turning up the volume and bringing Tom Petty’s legendary sound back to life.

Free Fallin’ – The Tom Petty Concert Experience is coming to the Mattie Kelly Arts Center (100 E College Boulevard) on Saturday, July 12, bringing all the heart, hits, and highway spirit of the ‘70s and ‘80s to the Mainstage. From “American Girl” to “I Won’t Back Down,” this high-energy tribute captures the soundtrack of a generation to life — live and loud.

Free Fallin’ has been performing Tom Petty’s music around the world for over 17 years, growing into a dynamic and full-scale live music production. With a lineup of talented, seasoned musicians, the band delivers a polished, high-energy show that any Tom Petty fan will appreciate. The performance features all the iconic hits, complete with era-authentic instruments and wardrobe, capturing the true spirit of a Tom Petty concert experience.
