Mediterranean Blue Wine Dinner

Chef Maria Bell has come up with an exceptional dinner that will test your senses and take you on a Mediterranean Dinner journey. Kimberly Dixon, the wine manager, has hand selected wine that will have you felling like you are in a European Cafe as each wine compliments each dish.

Six course meal that includes: Antipasto paired with Lucien Albrect Brut Rose, Couscous Salad with marinated Spinalis paired with Marques de Caceres Excellens Roja, Seabass with Salsa Verde paired with Catena Alta Vista Flores Malbec, Chicken with pickled lemons and olives paired with Santa Margarita Pinot Grigio, Baked Tomato a la Provencale, Spinach Tan and Persian Love Cake with Rose syrup and Pistachio
