Ashley Baity - is a proud veteran, dedicated mom-preneur, and the founder of Toxic Freedom—a curated non-toxic marketplace born from lived experience. After her husband fell gravely ill due to toxic chemical exposure during their final deployment to Iraq, Ashley became committed to creating a safe space for families. Now, as a passionate advocate for clean living, she sources trusted, non-toxic products—from baby care, personal care, to wellness essentials—so others don’t have to second-guess what’s in the items they bring home. Toxic Freedom is more than a store—it’s a commitment to safer, healthier living.

Jacquelyn Broadus - As a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years of experience, she helps people of all ages find the courage to talk about not-okay things they’ve been through so that they can heal, grow, and live life to its fullest. She is certified in EMDR and TF-CBT and has been in private practice for over 3 years. She knows how challenging trauma and grief can be and how important it is to be surrounded by love and connection. She created "Cody Tales: Therapeutic Children's Stories" to help young ones feel seen and supported. Along with her colleague Nancy Graham, she leads Tap to Adapt Team-Care Workshops that are based on science-backed strategies to reduce stress, prevent burnout, and boost well-being in the workplace.

Alex Coyne - is a Wealth management Financial Advisor who owns a national Financial Planning firm based out of Pensacola, Florida backed by Northwestern Mutual. She currently holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER, the Chartered Financial Consultant, and the Qualified Plan Financial Consultant Designations. Alex has been serving clients all around the country since 2020 and specializes in working with strong, female entrepreneurs, business owners, and high level women executives. Alex is one of the most highly respected female advisors in the company, closing out her fifth year as the 4th top female advisor in the company.

Taylor Smith - is a business strategist, community builder, and host of The Power Table podcast and The Power Table LIVE conference. A 4X founder and award-winning entrepreneur, she’s built and scaled multiple businesses across digital products, online education, coaching, and live events—with a signature focus on recurring revenue and freedom-based growth. Taylor helps women entrepreneurs turn their expertise into profitable, scalable offers—without burning out or playing small.
