This method has proven to be especially beneficial for active duty service members and veterans recovering from traumatic brain injury and post traumatic stress.\n\n\n\nClass is free of charge for military families.\n\nRecommended for ages 12 and up.\n\nBeginners welcome - no experience necessary.\n\nRegistration is not required. Please arrive by 3 p.m.\, so you may participate in the entire class.
