This event is not managed or sponsored by the Destin Chamber.\n\n\n\nThe Okaloosa County School District (OCSD) will host two Bus Driver Job Fairs in October\, giving community members a chance to learn more about careers with the District's Transportation Department. \n\n\n\nThe job fairs will be held at the following locations:\n\n\n\nTransportation South Bus Barn\n\n1978 Lewis Turner Blvd.\, Fort Walton Beach\n\nMonday\, October 12\, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.\n\n\n\nTransportation North Bus Barn\n\n555 Anderson Street\, Crestview\n\nThursday\, October 15\, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.\n\n\n\nThe events will allow prospective applicants to learn more about becoming an OCSD school bus driver\, a position that plays an important role in safely transporting students to and from school each day. Attendees can test-drive a school bus\, meet with Human Resources staff for on-site application assistance\, and learn more about paid training to earn a Commercial Driver's License (CDL).\n\n \n\nInterested individuals are encouraged to attend the job fair that is most convenient for them\, learn more about available opportunities with OCSD Transportation\, and apply on-site.
