This free event will be held on Saturday\, September 28\, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.\n\n \n\nFamily Bay Day celebrates the natural beauty and ecological significance of the Choctawhatchee Bay. The event will feature hands-on educational activities at various Exploration Stations\, allowing participants to engage with and learn about the bay's unique ecosystem. Activities such as fish printing will offer a fun and creative way for children and adults alike to connect with nature and understand the Choctawhatchee Basin's vital role in the local environment.\n\n \n\n"We are thrilled to partner with the Choctawhatchee Bay Estuary Program for this event\, which not only brings our community together but also fosters a deeper appreciation for our local environment\," said Alison McDowell\, Executive Director\, Choctawhatchee Basin Alliance.\n\n \n\nFamily Bay Day Event Details:\n\n  Date: Saturday\, September 28\, 2024\n\n  Time: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM\n\n  Location: Fred Gannon Rocky Bayou State Park\n\n  Park Entrance Fee: $5 per vehicle\n\n \n\nFamily Bay Day is open to the public and is a perfect outing for all ages.
