The Love of Animals Golf Tournament\, presented by Sandestin Investments\, returning to the Links Golf Club at Sandestin on Saturday\, May 9\, 2026. This signature fundraising event brings together golfers\, animal advocates\, and community leaders for a day where every swing supports rescue\, care\, and second chances for animals in need.\n\n \n\nSet against the scenic backdrop of Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort\, the tournament blends a premier golf experience with purpose-driven impact. Funds raised directly support Alaqua Animal Refuge's lifesaving rescue operations\, veterinary care\, rehabilitation\, and adoption programs throughout the Southeast.\n\n \n\n"The FORE! The Love of Animals golf tournament has always been about bringing people together for a great cause\, but this year feels especially meaningful\," said Laurie Hood\, Founder of Alaqua Animal Refuge. "The seven remaining Hurricane Milton dogs are a powerful symbol of why Alaqua exists - to be there when animals have nowhere else to go. As we return to The Links Golf Club for the fourth consecutive year\, we are deeply grateful to our presenting sponsor\, Sandestin Investments\, whose partnership makes this event possible.
